As SAFE’s founders spent time in communities across Southeast Asia, they encountered children facing extreme poverty, lack of education, displacement, and abandonment - all of which made them vulnerable to trafficking. They also met local Christians who operated homes that took in vulnerable children, providing them with a safe, stable place to live when their own families couldn't, despite limited resources and ongoing financial stress.
SAFE was created to connect compassionate donors with trusted homes already doing this work — helping provide the support children need to experience safety, stability, education, and the love of Christ.
Today, SAFE partners with homes across twelve countries, helping care for thousands of vulnerable children through long-term relationships, practical support, and ongoing accountability.

Rather than building large institutions, SAFE comes alongside local caregivers who have often spent years faithfully caring for children, even when their own resources were extremely limited. Your support helps relieve the financial pressure these homes carry so they can continue focusing on the children in their care.
SAFE also prioritizes personal connection between donors and homes whenever possible. Supporters can choose to receive updates, photos, testimonies, and ongoing communication directly connected to the homes they support.
